Miami Dade Medical
- CAE Learning Space across all simulation rooms
- A fully equipped ambulance simulator
- $2.5M program
The markets XTG works in. Real delivered projects, who owns the outcome, and the first question to ask. Built to pop open mid-conversation and pop closed again.
Value propositionThe only integration company holding a CHSOS certification, with a bench that runs from Michigan's health system to full ambulance simulation. Clinical realism that trains providers before it is real.
Digital environments that replicate clinical reality for training and readiness: sim labs, control and debrief rooms, capture and playback, standardized-patient suites.
Simulation program directors, deans of nursing and medicine, medical education leadership. Facilities and IT support; they do not lead.
The only integration company holding a CHSOS certification. The simulation and broadcast benches are largely the same XTG people.
Value propositionThe preferred AV partner for several leading broadcast-technology providers, with studios delivered for brands from L'Oréal to Google. Executive communication that looks like broadcast because it is built like broadcast.
Broadcast-quality corporate studios and production environments: town halls, all-hands, shareholder meetings, executive communications and the control rooms behind them.
Corporate communications, executive communications, marketing and production leadership. The measure is whether the CEO looks and sounds credible on every screen in the company.
Customers include Deloitte, Amazon, Atrium Health and Bank of America, and XTG is the preferred AV partner for several leading broadcast-technology providers.
Value propositionMission-critical rooms delivered with cleared teams, from a full-fiber university control room to the command center behind the Museum of the Future. Designed around the operator and the decision, not the wall.
Operations centers, broadcast control rooms and monitoring environments: many sources, many operators, zero tolerance for downtime.
Operations leadership, broadcast and production leadership, security and facilities command. Uptime and workflow are the brief, not screens.
Value propositionXTG's primary market: over 100 experience centers delivered worldwide, with ABPM-recognized programs for Microsoft and Boeing. We build the rooms where our clients close their biggest deals, then keep them running after opening day.
Executive briefing centers, customer experience centers and innovation hubs. XTG's primary market, with over 100 successful and many award-winning projects around the world.
Briefing program managers, Directors of Global Experience Centers, Directors of Customer Experience, usually sitting in marketing or sales. Very rarely led by IT or AV.
Existing customers in this lane include Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Verizon, T-Mobile, Boeing, Visa, Expedia, Cedars Sinai, Honeywell, Dell, Deloitte and Emirates. Microsoft Mountain View and Boeing Arlington both carry ABPM World Class Briefing Center recognition.
Value propositionWe make the workplace itself the message, from the Understory beneath Amazon's Spheres to eight immersive floors at McDonald's HQ. In the return-to-office era, this is the draw.
Lobbies, welcome centers, cafes, fitness and gathering spaces where the workplace itself becomes the message. The return-to-office push made every one of these a live conversation.
Workplace experience leaders, corporate real estate, HR and internal communications. CRE partners are in every account: always ask who the CRE partner is, never whether there is one.
Value propositionXTG leads the experience layer of the venue, from 600-plus displays at GEHA Field to an esports center that signed 2,000 students in its first month. The region leads the building; we make the visit worth the ticket.
Bowl audio and video, premium spaces, team stores, halls of honor, esports and training facilities. Conventional stadium infrastructure needs clear regional, partner and delivery ownership before XTG engages; the experience layer is where XTG leads.
Chief Revenue Officers, VPs of Game Presentation, team CTOs, venue authorities. Sponsorship activation moves faster than capital and has an owner who is easy to find.
We support: sales centers, fan experience zones, halls of fame, and highly bespoke enhancements in the plazas, the suites and the locker rooms. We are not suited to: bowl audio, IPTV, centerhangs and game-day broadcast.
Value propositionFrom the Museum of the Future to the Lucas Museum, XTG helps bring exhibition design to life, with media chosen per narrative moment rather than one big wall. Strongest when engaged at master planning, before the RFP exists.
Museums, galleries, visitor centers and cultural destinations. The exhibition budget is fixed in the master plan long before an AV firm is in the room, so timing is everything: campaign launch is late, master planning is on time.
Executive Directors, Deputy Directors of Exhibitions, Chief Advancement Officers. Exhibit designers write the requirements: partner or scope competitor depending on when you arrive.
Value propositionDigital storytelling wrapped around living collections, engineered to run all day, every day, in humid, crowded, unforgiving spaces. Wonder for the guest, reliability for operations.
Living collections wrapped in digital storytelling: projection through galleries, interactive learning, show control that runs all day, every day, in humid, crowded, unforgiving spaces.
Attraction and guest-experience leadership, park ownership groups. Operations has veto power: reliability is the pitch as much as wonder.
Value propositionWhen the building is the message, XTG makes it speak: the world's largest permanent digital art projection and one of its largest direct-view LED installations. Architecture as canvas, at skyline scale.
Media facades, plazas, observation decks, libraries and airports: architecture that carries the message, at a scale where the building itself becomes the canvas.
Brand and marketing leadership, civic and property ownership, architects. The architect is the clock: find out whether requirements are written.
Value propositionPerformance-grade rooms that hold up in front of a live audience, from the Wu Tsai Theater at Lincoln Center to the region's first XR theatre. The same discipline serves the concert hall and the corporate town hall.
Performance halls, corporate auditoriums and broadcast-quality town hall venues, where acoustics, sightlines and show systems have to hold up in front of a live audience.
Venue and programming leadership, corporate communications for enterprise auditoriums. Theater consultants often write the spec: find out fast whether one is engaged.
Value propositionFlagship environments for Nike, T-Mobile and the United Center that turn a store into a destination. One good flagship becomes a multi-market program, and we build for the rollout from day one.
Flagship and branded retail where content, interactivity and space turn a store into a destination, and one location into a rollout program.
Brand and retail-experience leadership, store design and construction teams. One good flagship becomes a multi-market deployment: sell the program, not the room.
Value propositionOne experience standard held across markets and continents: Poly in six cities, Rockwell across three regions, Google across two continents. The regional AM keeps the account; XTG carries the consistency.
Multi-market programs where different teams inside one company deploy a consistent experience worldwide: briefing centers, studios, flagship spaces. This is where a single account becomes a global relationship across five or six internal teams.
Global program owners in marketing, communications or workplace, often above the site level. The regional AM keeps the account; XTG carries the consistency between markets.
What an opening sounds like in the wild, and the follow-up that gets you an affirmative. None of it requires knowing the technology.
Share the client, the space and the timing. The Experience Technology Group joins from there, with the local AVI-SPL team leading the relationship.

One standard, held across markets · Rooms, briefing centers and stores under one accountable team
Three programs show the shape of this work. A beauty house running one room standard across five regions. An automation company whose standard was written in Milwaukee and first installed in Shanghai. An international bank across its footprint.
A global program starts with one standard and a single accountable team. AVI-SPL sets the room standard with the client. Global Deployment turns it into a country package: labor rules, power, import, language and landlord criteria. Where AVI-SPL holds an entity, the local office delivers. Where it does not, a partner under agreement delivers and AVI-SPL stays accountable. That map covers 33 countries under our accountability today, with work delivered in 84 countries over the last five years.
The regional account manager keeps the account and the relationship. XTG carries the consistency between markets: the experience intent, the standard and the design language that make the four hundredth room feel like the first one. Global Deployment carries the country mechanics behind it.

Level 1 exhibition galleries + classroom and learning spaces · Opens to the public 22 September 2026
A campus of roughly 300,000 square feet over five levels, with about 100,000 square feet of gallery. XTG’s work sits where visitors spend their first hours: the Level 1 exhibition galleries and the learning spaces.
AVI-SPL was brought into the project during design development, well before the exhibition bid documents were issued. XTG contributed value-engineering concepts, rough-order-of-magnitude pricing, and live demonstration and testing of alternate display approaches with the museum’s team.
The museum moved toward a mixed-media palette: micro-LED where detail earns it, dynamic lightboxes, LCD at reading distance, LED walls only where they carry the moment, alongside fabric graphics and physical artifacts. When the bid documents went out, AVI-SPL won the Level 1 exhibition galleries and the classroom and learning-space package. Media chosen per narrative moment, not one big wall.
Opening demand: timed entry required for everyone including members, and an opening day that sold out within weeks of tickets going on sale.

Dubai Future Foundation · Opened February 2022 · LAVNCH [Code] Out of This World award
One of the most photographed buildings on earth, and the delivery credential that anchors XTG’s global museum story.
The RFP landed in 2019. The award came in early 2021 through main contractor Al Tayer Stocks, and the museum opened in February 2022. AVI-SPL delivered the audiovisual systems behind the visitor experience across five floors, integrating the work of thirteen content studios into one coherent journey.
AVI-SPL also created the central control room that manages all the audiovisual technology driving the experience, and two managed-services staff have supported the building around the clock since opening day. That is why this project shows up twice in this guide: once as a museum, once as command and control.
“We used the word improbable a lot, but we never used the word impossible; we never shied away from the creative vision.” Brendan McGetrick, Creative Director, Museum of the Future, in the published case study.
With d’strict · 2024 LAVNCH [Code] winner · DIZZIE award
Thirty thousand square feet of projection-mapped, multisensory galleries: culture as a ticketed commercial destination, delivered on the Las Vegas Strip.
The project came in through a referral: a screen manufacturer AVI-SPL worked with on a Lincoln Center project put the team forward. Delivered work generates the next pursuit; this is the cleanest example in the portfolio.
Fourteen projection-mapped installations carry the ETERNAL NATURE theme through every sense: enveloping soundscapes and tailor-made aromas alongside the visuals. Working with experience-design studio d’strict, AVI-SPL deployed more than eighty projectors and lighting across the galleries, with playback on Dataton Watchout, audio control on a pair of Q-SYS Core 610s, and content production alongside Moving Images Technologies.
AV Awards 2024 Corporate Project of the Year
What an executive briefing environment becomes when it stops being a boardroom tour: the region’s first XR theatre, an aviation robotics lab, and an AI-powered executive boardroom, under one roof for Emirates.
Ebdaa, named for the Arabic word for creativity, is a complete reimagining of the Emirates Pavilion from Expo 2020 Dubai. Work began in September 2020: workshops, detailed planning and immersive visualisations, developed with agency Purple, shaped an advanced working space for employees and a future-focused aviation journey for visitors.
The delivery came from the same regional bench behind XTG’s Museum of the Future work, and the result was named AV Awards 2024 Corporate Project of the Year, the category’s top recognition.
Complete AV renovation · $2.5M implementation
A complete AV renovation inside one of the most scrutinized concert venues in America: distributed PA, LED wall systems and control integration for the Wu Tsai Theater.
Lincoln Center’s renovation of David Geffen Hall demanded systems that could serve a world-class orchestra one night and a broadcast-grade corporate or civic event the next. AVI-SPL delivered the audiovisual renovation of the Wu Tsai Theater on Meyer Sound, Christie LED and Q-SYS control, with lobby activations delivered alongside the hall itself.
The work kept paying forward: the Arte Museum case study credits its origin to a referral from a screen manufacturer on a Lincoln Center project. One delivered hall helped open a museum pursuit on the other side of the country.
Kerzner International · Reopened October 2025
A resort icon whose set pieces and gentle narrative no longer reflected the image Atlantis wanted to project. The answer was a full digital-storytelling transformation, chamber by chamber, without losing the fish.
Kerzner International wanted the aquarium to earn its place in a resort that keeps raising its own bar. AVI-SPL rebuilt the guest journey around projection and interaction: 60 projectors, 14 media servers, 140 loudspeakers and over 25 interactive kiosks across 16 chambers, with content produced with BoraBora Studios and show control on Q-SYS and Crestron.
The venue reopened in October 2025, and managed services carry it forward: an environment that runs all day, every day, in humid, crowded, unforgiving conditions.
$8M+ implementation · Henderson Engineers
A campus with an elite esports program and no facility to match it. Sixteen thousand square feet later, the program has a home, and the campus has a magnet.
UT Dallas has fielded competitive esports since 2018, with two national championships, but the program lacked a facility equal to its results. Working with Henderson Engineers, AVI-SPL delivered Comets LANding: a 16,000 sq ft esports and gaming center that opened with 80 faculty at the soft launch and signed up 2,000 student accounts in its first month.
Campus conversations continued from there, including a student union rebuild: delivered work on a campus tends to create the next project on the same campus.
Test tower media facade + Client Experience Center
An elevator test tower turned into one of the largest direct-view LED installations in the world: 110 feet of LED mesh wrapping three sides of the tower across eight floors.
The campus is TK Elevator’s North America Regional Business Support Center, home of the tallest elevator test tower in the United States at 420 feet. AVI-SPL wrapped three sides of the tower in LED mesh across eight floors, over 2.4 million pixels, making the building itself the message.
Inside, the Innovation and Qualification Center, the IQC, brings STEM students, business developers, corporate executives, customers and employees through the same interactive story, and the campus also carries a TK Elevator Client Experience Center delivered by the same team.
